SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

DECEMBER 23, 2019

　

The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in a special session on the above date at 3:00 P.M.                                                                               in the David J Blackstead room in the City County Building, 221 N 5^th Street, Bismarck,                                                                                        North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.

Members Present: Jim Christianson, Russ Kadlec, & Kyle Holwagner

Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Jeremy Petron

Others Present: Commissioner Shawn Oban (by phone) and KFYR media

CONSIDER PROPOSAL FROM CAPITAL CITY CONSTRUCTION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION SHORING FOR THE PARKADE RAMP

MOTION: A motion was made by Russ Kadlec, seconded by Kyle Holwagner

with a roll call vote, Kyle-aye, Russ-aye and Jim-aye to proceed with

Capital City Construction’s bid proposal for the shoring portion of the

construction repairs project not to exceed $235,000.
