BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY

MEETING MINUTES

April 9th , 2015

The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at

9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St.,

Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.

 

Members present:     Jim Christianson, Claire Anne Holmberg, Russ Kadlec

                           

Members absent:       Dina Baird and Brian Peterson

 

Staff Members:          Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson

                                Justin Long and Jason Tomaneck

 

Others present:          Kate Herzog, Madison Cermak Parrell Grossman

                                 and LeAnn Eckroth

MINUTES

Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the March 12, 2015 meeting.

 

MOTION                   A motion was made by Claire Anne Holmberg, seconded by Russ Kadlec

                               Peterson and unanimously approved by all members present that the

                               minutes of the March 12, 2015 meeting be approved.

 

REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

 

MOTION:                  A motion was made by Russ Kadlec, seconded by Claire Anne

                               Holmberg with a roll call vote, Claire Anne-aye, Russ- aye, Jim- aye

                               to approve the March  financial statement.

 

REVIEW STATUS OF PARKADE ENTRANCE RAMP

 

Rocky Gordon reported that he had not recieved the specs on the Parkade entry ramp repair. They are expected within the next 30 days

 

REVIEW PAY REQUESTS

 

MOTION: A motion was made by Claire Anne Holmberg, seconded by Russ Kadlec with a roll call vote, Claire Anne- aye, Russ-aye, and Jim-aye to approve the pay requests for the labor on the 6th street ramp camera system and the final payment on the 3rd & Main Paystation
