BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY
MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 12, 2017
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.
Members present: Jim Christianson, Claire Anne Holmberg,Dina Baird and Brian Peterson.
Members absent: Russ Kadlec
Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson,
Kyle Snyder, Will Hutchings
Others present: Madison Cermak and Kate Herzog
MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the September 14, 2017
meeting.
MOTION A motion was made by Claire Anne Holmberg, seconded by Dina
Baird and unanimously approved by all members present that the
minutes of the September 14, 2017 meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Brian Peterson
with a roll call vote, Claire Anne-aye, Dina-aye, Brian-aye, and
Jim-aye to approve the September financial statement.
REVIEW 2017 RAMP STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT
The Board received and reviewed the 2017 structural assessment.
REVIEW ENGINEERS UPDATED COST FOR GALLERIA REPAIRS
The Board will continue discussion on the cost for the Galleria repairs.
REVIEW PARKADE SUMP TANK BID OPENING
MOTION A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Claire Anne
Holmberg to approve the bid from Central Mechanical of $39,000
for the Parkade Sump tank.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:37 A.M. and will meet again in regular session November 9, 2017.
