BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY

MEETING MINUTES

February 14, 2019

The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00                                                                                    A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St.,                                                                                      Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.

Members present: Jim Christianson, Claire Ann Holmberg, Brian Peterson and Russ Kadlec

Members absent: Dina Baird

Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson,

Kyle Snyder, Danielle Nairn

Others present: Janelle Combs, Kate Herzog, Madison Cermack

 

MINUTES

Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the January 10, 2019 meeting.

MOTION A motion was made by Claire Anne Holmberg, seconded by Brian

Peterson and unanimously approved by all members present that the minutes of the January 10, 2019 meeting be approved.

REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Claire Anne

Holmberg and with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Claire Anne-aye, Brian-aye

the minutes of the January financial statement

REVIEW OPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS LIST

The Board received and reviewed the 2019 operating budget and capital improvements list.

They will review the capital improvement list at the next meetings

PAY STATION FOR THE SIXTH STREET RAMP

Tabled to the next meeting.

OTHER BUSINESS

Update on Management RFP

Jim Christianson reported that he is in the process of scheduling a meeting with the Committee.

　

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal                                                                                 Parking Authority adjourned at 9:27 A.M. and will meet again in regular session March 14, 2019.
