BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY
MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 10, 2019
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.
Members present: Jim Christianson, Brian Peterson and Russ Kadlec
Members absent: Claire Anne Holmberg, Dina Baird
Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson,
Kyle Snyder, Will Hutchings, Andrew Stromme
Others present: Janelle Combs
MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the December 13, 2018 meeting.
MOTION A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Russ Kadlec
and unanimously approved by all members present that the minutes
of the December 13, 2018 meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Russ Kadlec
with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Brian-aye and Jim-aye to approve
the December financial statement.
REVIEW HOURLY INCOME AT SIXTH & THAYER RAMP-DISCUSS PAY STATION
General discussion was held on the hourly income. Continued to the next meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS
Update on Pinch & Pour-The Tenant has moved out of the space.
MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Russ Kadlec
with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Brian-aye and Jim-aye to pursue
lease negotations with Jim’s help on the empty space with the
potential tenant.
Update on Management RFP
Jim Christianson reported that he is in the process of scheduling a meeting with the Committee.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:42 A.M. and will meet again in regular session February 14, 2019.
