                                       BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY

                                                               MEETING MINUTES

                                                                JANUARY 14, 2021                                          

The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M.

in the Tom Baker Room and via zoom, Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided

via zoom. 

 

             Members present:        Jim Christianson, Todd Kovash, and Russ Kadlec, Brian Peterson via zoom.

             Members absent:         Kyle Holwagner

             Staff Members:           Jeremy Petron, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson, Corey Voegele, Daniel Nairn

             Others present:            Jannelle Combs, and Kate Herzog via zoom and others that may have been online.

 

 

MINUTES

Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the December 10, 2020 meeting.

            MOTION:      A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Russ Kadlec and unanimously

                                   approved by all members present that the minutes of the December 10, 2020 meeting

                                   be approved.

 

REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

 

           MOTION:       A motion was made by Russ Kadlec, seconded by Brian Peterson with a roll call vote,

                                   Brian-aye, Russ-aye, Todd-aye and Jim-aye to approve the December financials.

 

REVIEW 2021 BUDGET

 

          MOTION:       A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Todd Kovash with a roll call vote,

                                  Brian-aye, Russ-aye, Todd-aye and Jim-aye to approve the 2021 Budget. 

 

STATUS UPDATE FOR GATES UPGRADES & REPORTING SOFTWARE RFP

 

          Jeremy Petron reported that the RFP is completed.  The RFP is being advertised for 3 consecutive weeks

          starting January 26 and the bid opening is scheduled for February 18, 2021.  

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

ADJOURNMENT

          There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority

          adjourned at  9:20 A.M. and will meet again in regular session February 11, 2021.
