BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY

MEETING MINUTES

MARCH 9, 2017

 

The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at                                                                                              9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St.,                                                                       Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.

Members present: Jim Christianson, Russ Kadlec and Claire Anne

                              Holmberg via telephone.

Members absent: Dina Baird, Brian Peterson

Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson,

                          Kyle Snyder,

Others present: None

MINUTES

Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the February 9, 2017

meeting.

MOTION A motion was made by Russ Kadlec, seconded by Claire Anne

                 Holmberg and unanimously approved by all members present

                 that the minutes of the February 9, 2017 meeting be approved.

 

REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

MOTION: A motion was made by Claire Anne Holmberg, seconded by Russ

                  Kadlec with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Claire Anne-aye, and Jim-aye

                  to approve the February financial statement.

 

UPDATE ON PARKADE REPAIR PROJECT

Rocky Gordon reported that Vector Construction will begin the Parkade Ramp repair the week of                                                                        March 13.

 

OTHER BUSINESS

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal                                                                            Parking Authority adjourned at 9:09 A.M. and will meet again in regular session April 13, 2017.
