BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY

MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 11, 2024

 

 

The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the Tom Baker Room, Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presiding.

 

Members present: Jim Christianson, Josh Keller, Jake Axtman, and Kyle Holwagner

Members absent: Todd Kovash

Staff Members: Jeremy Petron, Dennis Torgerson Corey Voegele, Isak Johnson

Others present: Commissioner Mike Connelly, Jannelle Combs, Kate Herzog, and Maria Fleck

 

MINUTES

Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the March 14, 2024 meeting.

   

     MOTION: A motion was made by Kyle Holwagner, seconded by Josh Keller and unanimously

                      approved by all members present that the minutes of the March 14, 2024 meeting be approved.

 

 

REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

 

     MOTION: A motion was made by Josh Keller, seconded by Kyle Holwagner with a roll call vote, Josh-aye,

                      Kyle-aye, Jake-aye, and Jim-aye to approve the March financials.

 

 

SURVEY FOR MOBILE APP FEEDBACK ASSESSMENT

 - Maria Fleck from Downtowners reported that the online survey link is active through April 26, 2024, and some

    submissions have already been received.

 

OTHER BUSINESS

- General discussion on various downtown projects.

 

ADJOURNMENT

- There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority

   adjourned at 9:14 A.M. and will meet again on May 9, 2024.
