BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY
MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 12, 2021
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at
9:00 A.M. in the Tom Baker Room and via zoom, Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman
Jim Christianson presiding.
Members present: Jim Christianson, Brian Peterson, Todd Kovash, Kyle Holwagner
and Jake Axtman
Members absent: None
Staff Members: Jeremy Petron, Sue Schaff, Corey Voegle, Will Hutchings
Others present: Commissioner Mark Splonskowski, Jannelle Combs
MINUTES
- Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the July 15, 2021
meeting.
MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Jake Axtman and
unanimously approved by all members present that the minutes of the
July 15, 2021 meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Todd Kovash, seconded by Kyle Holwagner with a roll
call vote, Brian-aye, Kyle-aye, Todd-aye, Jake-aye, and Jim-aye to approve
the July financials.
PARKADE GREEN LEVEL REPAIRS PROJECT TIMELINE
- Jeremy Petron reported that Vector Construction will start on the Green Level Project
as soon as the steel beams arrive. They are to arrive next week or the week after.
The project will take two weeks to complete.
STATUS OF NEW GATES INSTALL AND GALLERIA PAY STATION
- Jeremy Petron reported that the new gates are installed and operating.

ADJOURNMENT
- There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck
Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:10 A.M. and will meet again in regular
session September 9, 2021.
