MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 8, 2024
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the Tom Baker Room, Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presiding.
Members present: Jim Christianson, Jake Axtman and Kyle Holwagner
Members absent: Josh Keller and Todd Kovash
Staff Members: Jeremy Petron, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson Corey Voegele, Isak Johnson
Others present: Mayor Mike Schmitz and Maria Fleck
MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the July 11, 2024 meeting.
MOTION: A motion was made by Kyle Holwagner, seconded by Jake Axtman and unanimously approved by all
members present that the minutes of the July 11, 2024 meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Jake Axtman, seconded by Kyle Holwagner with a roll call vote, Kyle-aye,
Jake-aye, and Jim-aye to approve the July financials.
REVIEW TIMELINE FOR PARKADE RAMP REPAIRS-CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
- Jeremy Petron reported that the RFP for the engineer’s contract is being published August 14, 21st, 28th with the
bid opening Sept. 4, 2024.
- The construction RFP will publish in December, January 2025 with the bid opening in January 2025.

ADJOURNMENT
- There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority
adjourned at 9:09 A.M. and will meet again on September 12, 2024.
