MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 11, 2016
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.

Members absent: Claire Anne Holmberg

MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the January 14, 2016
meeting.
MOTION A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Brian Peterson and unanimously approved by all members present that the minutes of the January 14, 2016 meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Brian Peterson
with a roll call vote, Dina-aye, Brian-aye, and Jim-aye to approve
the January financial statement.
CONSIDER 2016 FINANCIAL PROJECTION
After brief discussion it was moved to the next meeting.
PARKADE ENTRY RAMP PROJECT
MOTION: A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Brian Peterson
with a roll call vote, Dina-aye, Brian-aye, and Jim-aye to approve
to hire Capital City Construction to remove the beams, shoring and the cement pads at the Parkade Ramp for $12,000.
ROOF REPAIR AT THE PARKADE BUILDING
MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Dina Baird
with a roll call vote, Dina-aye, Brian-aye, and Jim-aye to approve
the roof repair on the Parkade with the low bid not to exceed $6400.
Brian left the meeting at 9:25 AM. Russ Kadlec joined the meeting at that time.
CONSIDER FACADE CLEANUP-PARKADE EXTERIOR
Discussion was held about the Broadway exterior and painting. Moved to the next meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS
Update on Galleria Repair Project.
Chairman Christianson reported that there was little change. No Action was taken by the Board on the repair project.
Rocky reported that there was a leak in the heating line at the Parkade that was repaired for $1284.00
Rocky reported that there was a leak in a dry sprinkler line at the Galleria that was repaired.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:44 A.M. and will meet again in regular session March 10, 2016.
