BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY
MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 9, 2017
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.
Members present: Jim Christianson, Claire Anne Holmberg, Brian
Peterson and Russ Kadlec
Members absent: Dina Baird
Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson,
Kyle Snyder, Daniel Nairm, Will Hutchings
Others present: Kate Herzog, Madison Cermak, Commissioner
Shawn Oban
MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the January 9, 2017
special meeting.
MOTION A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Russ Kadlec
and unanimously approved by all members present that the minutes
of the January 9, 2017 special meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Claire Anne
Holmberg with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Claire Anne-aye, Brian-aye,
and Jim-aye to approve the January financial statement.
FINANCIAL PROJECTION FOR 2017
MOTION: A motion was made by Claire Anne Holmberg, seconded by Brian
Peterson with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Claire Anne-aye, Brian-aye
and Jim-aye to approve the 2017 Financial Projection.
UPDATE ON BICYCLE PARKING
Rocky Gordon reported that Beat Group is looking into other options for bicycle racks that are freestanding.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:34 A.M. and will meet again in regular session March 9, 2017.
