BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY
MEETING MINUTES
JULY 11, 2019
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.
Members present: Jim Christianson, Brian Peterson, Dina Baird
Kyle Holwagner and Russ Kadlec
Members absent: None
Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson,
Kyle Snyder, Daniel Nairn
Others present: Kate Herzog and Janelle Combs
MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the June 12, 2019 meeting.
MOTION A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Russ Kadlec
and unanimously approved by all members present that the minutes
of the June 12, 2019 meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Brian Peterson
with a roll call vote, Kyle-aye, Russ-aye, Dina-aye, Brian-aye
and Jim-aye to approve the June financial statement.
OTHER BUSINESS
SANFORD LEASE
Rocky Gordon reported that he had discussions with Sanford on the air handling system and has not received a response.
REPORT OF THIRD & MAIN TESTING
The testing is just getting started. Nothing to report at this time.
DOWNTOWNER’S REQUEST TO USE BNC SURFACE LOT DURING STREET FAIR
MOTION: A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Brian Peterson
with a roll call vote, Kyle-aye, Russ-aye, Dina-aye, Brian-aye and
Jim-aye to approve the use of the BNC surface lot during Street Fair.
BNC did support the usage.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:42 A.M. and will meet again in regular session August 8, 2019.
