BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY
MEETING MINUTES
JULY 9, 2015
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.
Members present: Jim Christianson, Claire Anne Holmberg Dina Baird and Brian Peterson
Members absent: Russ Kadlec
Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson
Justin Long, Jason Tomaneck
Karee Magee and Parrell Grossman
MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the June 18, 2015
meeting.
MOTION A motion was made by Claire Anne Holmberg, seconded by Brian Peterson and unanimously approved by all members present that the
minutes of the June 18, 2015 meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Brian Peterson with a roll call vote, Claire Anne-aye, Dina-aye, Brian-aye,
and Jim-aye to approve the June financial statement.
REVIEW AUDITOR’S FINANCIAL STATEMENT AND REPORT
The Board received and reviewed the Financial Statement and Auditor’s report.
OTHER BUSINES
Parkade Entrance Ramp Project. Rocky Gordon reported that the spec was complete and out for bids. The bid opening is scheduled for 2:30 on August 6, 2015.
Update on Galleria Repairs. Work could have commenced July 20th. The Board concluded it was best to delay the start of the project.
Update on Parkade Tenants and Leases. Rocky Gordon reported on the status of all the Parkade commercial leases.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:50 A.M. and will meet again in regular session August 13, 2015.
