BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY

MEETING MINUTES

                                                                                                            JUNE 18, 2015

　

The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at                                                                                                             9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N fifth St.,                                                                                            Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.

 

Members present: Jim Christianson, Claire Anne and Brian Peterson

Members absent: Dina Baird and Russ Kadlec

Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson

                       Justin Long

Others present: Kate Herzog, Madison Cermak, Todd Wood

 

MINUTES

Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the May 14, 2015

meeting.

 

MOTION A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Claire Anne                                                                                                                      Holmberg and unanimously approved by all members present that the

minutes of the May 14, 2015 meeting be approved.

　

REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

 

MOTION: A motion was made by Claire Anne Holmberg, seconded by Brian                                                                                                                       Peterson with a roll call vote, Claire Anne-aye, Brian-aye,

and Jim-aye to approve the May financial statement.

　

REVIEW PROPOSAL FOR ACCESS CONTROL FOR FIFTH & THAYER LOT

 

MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Claire Anne

Holmberg with a roll call vote, Claire Anne-aye, Brian-aye and

Jim-aye to approve the proposal for linking the Fifth & Thayer lot

to the card system at the Parkade Ramp.

　

REVIEW PROPOSAL FOR CLEANUP OF HVAC SYSTEM

 

MOTION: A motion was made by Claire Anne, seconded by Brian

Peterson with a roll call vote, Claire Anne-aye, Brian-aye

and Jim-Aye to approve the proposal for the vent cleaning

of the HVAC system at the Parkade.

　

OTHER BUSINES

Parkade Entrance Ramp Project. Rocky Gordon reported that the structural engineers were still                                                                                          working on completing the bid spec. It should be completed soon.

 

Update on Galleria Repairs No Information to report.

 

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal                                                                                               Parking Authority adjourned at 9:22 A.M. and will meet again in regular session July 9, 2015.
