BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY

MEETING MINUTES

NOVEMBER 13, 2025

 

 

The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the Tom Baker Room, Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presiding.

 

Members present: Jim Christianson, Jon Burger, Jake Axtman and Todd Kovash by phone

Members absent: Josh Keller

Staff Members: Jeremy Petron, Sue Schaff, Corey Voegele and Isak Johnson

Others present: Kate Herzog

 

PUBLIC COMMENT---No Public Comment

 

MINUTES

- Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the October 9, 2025 meeting.

     MOTION: A motion was made by Jake Axtman, seconded by Jon Burger and unanimously approved by all

                       members present that the minutes of the October 9, 2025 meeting be approved.

 

REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

     MOTION: A motion was made by Jon Burger, seconded by Jake Axtman with a roll call vote, Jon-aye,

                      Jake-aye, Todd-aye,and Jim-aye to approve the October financials.

 

BOARD MEMBER TERM

- Jeremy Petron reported that the application deadline is November 30, 2025 to apply for a Board Member for

   the Bismarck Parking Authority. The application is on the City’s website.

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:11 A.M. and will meet again at the next regular scheduled meeting on December 11, 2025.
