BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY
MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 10, 2019
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M.in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.
Members present: Jim Christianson, Russ Kadlec, Brian Peterson
Kyle Holwagner and Dina Baird by telephone
Members absent: None
Staff Members: Rocky Gordon, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson,
Kyle Snyder, Daniel Nairn, Jenny Wollmuth
Others present: Commissioner Shawn Oban, Janelle Combs
Madison Cermak and Kate Herzog
MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the September 12, 2019 meeting.
MOTION A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Kyle Holwagner
and unanimously approved by all members present that the minutes
of the September 12, 2019 meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Brian Peterson
with a roll call vote, Kyle-aye, Russ-aye, Dina-aye, Brian-aye
and Jim-aye to approve the September financial statement.
REVIEW THE RAMP INSPECTIONS REPORT
Rocky Gordon presented the annual ramp inspection report as completed by CW Structural. The Board reviewed the ramp inspection report.
REVIEW PARKING RATES
General discussion was held on the rates. Continued until the next meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS
Pay Request
MOTION: A motion was made by Kyle Holwagner, seconded by Brian
Peterson with a roll call vote, Kyle-aye, Russ-aye, Dina-aye,
Brian-aye and Jim-aye to approve the pay request from CW
Structural for $26,275.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:57 A.M. and will meet again in regular session November 14, 2019.
