Bismarck Police Have Easier Access to Parking Ramps

The Bismarck Police Department now has an easier and more convenient way to access to all the parking ramps in the downtown area. Each patrol vehicle was issued a parking pass allowing accessibility to all the parking ramps twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
The Bismarck Parking Authority would like to thank Deputy Chief Dan Donlin for working with us to increasing the number of patrols through each of the parking ramps, and, Officer Perry Lauer for time and effort spent in tracking down juvenile offenders.
