At the November Parking Authority meeting, the board members voted to raise the rates for leased parking. Here are the new rates:
Third & Main Street
Current Rates: Effective March 1, 2023:
Covered parking $62.00 $64.00
Rooftop parking $38.00 $40.00
Reserved parking $73.00 $75.00
Alley parking $68.00 $70.00
Parkade: located on 6th & Broadway Avenue
Current Rates: Effective March 1, 2023:
Covered parking $62.00 $64.00
Rooftop parking $38.00 $40.00
Galleria: located on 7th & Broadway Avenue
Current Rates: Effective March 1, 2023:

6th & Thayer Ramp

The last rate increase was March 1, 2022. This adjustment in rates is necessary at this time to cover increasing operating costs on all the properties that the parking authority currently oversees.
