The 6th and Thayer parking ramp is located on 6th St. and Thayer Avenue. It is the parking ramp directly East of the Sanford Hospital. The entrance to this ramp is located on 6th Street between Broadway and Thayer Avenues. The exit is to Thayer Avenue.
There are 500 parking spaces available at this site. There are six levels with covered/indoor and rooftop/outdoor parking. The levels are listed by the names of famous authors.
Hourly parking is available after 5pm until 8am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday at the current rate of $1.50 per hour or $8.00 per day. The monthly rent rate is $64.00 for covered spaces and $40.00 for rooftop spaces. At the present, there are no spaces available. Anyone interested in being added to the waiting list for covered parking can call our office or contact us through this website.
