MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 11, 2016
The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the David J Blackstead meeting room in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presided.

MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the July 14, 2016
meeting.
MOTION A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Russ Kadlec
and unanimously approved by all members present that the minutes
of the July 14, 2016 meeting be approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Dina Baird, seconded by Brian
Peterson with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Dina-aye, Brian-aye
and Jim-aye to approve the July financial statement.
REQUEST FROM THOMAS RESSLER
The Board took no action.
REVIEW REPORT ON PARKADE RAMP TESTING
The report on the Parkade Ramp testing was received.
MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Dina Baird
with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Dina-aye, Brian-aye and Jim-aye
to engage CW Structural to prepare the repair plan drawing for
the Parkade Ramp in the amount of $12,000.
ANNUAL MANAGEMENT REVIEW
MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Dina Baird
with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Dina-aye, Brian-aye and Jim-aye
to renew the management agreement with Rocky Gordon &
Company for 2 years.
OTHER BUSINESS
5th & Thayer Parking
MOTION: A motion was made by Brian Peterson, seconded by Russ Kadlec
with a roll call vote, Russ-aye, Dina-aye, Brian-aye, and Jim-aye
to approve the request from the City to move all city owned vehicles
from 5th & Thayer to the 6th Street Ramp.
Sanford Signage: Rocky Gordon reported that there was no new information on the Sanford signage.
PAY REQUESTS
There were no pay requests.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 10:15 A.M. and will meet again in regular session September 8, 2016.
